30.00

The Detroit coaster set includes four from the Motor City: Water Works (an oldie from the Packard Motor Building, which is missing some teeth at its core; just like the city) Detroit Water (and some of its pollutants too) The District and The Detroit Edison Co. that dates 210 years after the city’s founding in 1701.

"We all have three cities: the one in which we grew up, the one where we live and the one in which we wished we live."-Alan Furst
Put a functional memento of your favorite city on your table with a manhole cover in the form of a cork coaster. Each coaster replicates a real manhole from a city permanently etched into cork. Don't Mess with Texas includes the Lone Star state's four largest cities: Houston, San Antonio, Dallas and Austin, respectively.

Each cork coaster is .25" thick and 4" in diameter. The engraving method has incredible detail and tactility. Fabricated and packaged in Philadelphia, PA USA. Free shipping to the USA. See the International Shipping Options.
Cork is a natural material, thus rare aberrations within the etching can occur.
As each one is handmade please allow five business days for delivery.

Listing is for the coaster set only. The display rack can be ordered for an additional $4. See the individual trivets too.
